La réglementation en vigueur relative à l’accessibilité de la voirie aux personnes à mobilité réduite : parution sur J.O. du 24/04/2008 – art. 55-1 paragraphe 3.
Les personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR) sont toutes les personnes qui ont une difficulté, telles que les personnes handicapée (comprenant les personnes ayant des incapacités sensorielle ou intellectuelle, des incapacités motrices, les personnes en fauteuils roulants, les personnes de petite taille, les personnes âgées, les femmes enceintes et les personnes avec de jeunes enfants….)

Signalisation horizontale :
- Marquage au sol Sigle Handicapé blanc – 2 unités – sur l’extérieur, facultatif au centre.
- Nous préconisons de marquer au centre le sigle handicapé en blanc afin d’améliorer la visibilité ainsi que de faire le fond bleu synonyme de place PMR pour beaucoup d’utilisateurs de la route.
